Refund policy
We want you to love your gear. If you're not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Damaged or defective items: we cover return shipping and will reship or refund within 48 hours.
- Changed your mind: return shipping is paid by the buyer; refund issued once the item is received.
- Lost in transit: if tracking shows no delivery within 30 days, we'll reship or refund. To start a return, contact support with your order number — we reply within 24 hours, Mon–Sat.
